I. Data Collected and Processing Purposes
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Accordingly, WrVPN does not collect a registration email by default. The account system processes the username, authentication status, subscription status, and necessary security records to identify the account, maintain login sessions, deliver subscriptions, handle unusual access, and restore actions initiated by the user.
After a service purchase, the system stores the plan or traffic package type, order status, payment channel, payment result, traffic usage, and records related to refunds or after-sales support. This data is used to confirm service entitlements, calculate available traffic, resolve order disputes, apply refund rules, and maintain financial records. Order records are not used to analyze which websites a user visited.
Marketing pages may collect basic access analytics, such as pages viewed, referral pages, browser type, device category, interaction events, and necessary network identifiers. Analytics are used to assess whether pages work properly, improve content structure, and detect unusual traffic; they are not used to build profiles of network access content.
II. Network Activity and No-Logs Position
WrVPN does not record which websites users visit, store webpage content, search queries, message contents, or historical records that could be used to reconstruct specific network activity. The service does not inspect content transmitted through international routes for advertising profiles or content analysis.
To complete connection authentication, measure traffic, provide security protection, and troubleshoot faults, the system may temporarily process necessary technical information such as connection times, route identifiers, traffic usage, and error status. This information is used only to provide the service and address operational issues, and is not retained as long-term network activity logs. It will be deleted or de-identified once the processing purpose is complete, a dispute is resolved, or continued retention is no longer necessary. Records retained for a security incident, valid dispute, or legal obligation will be kept only for the period needed to address that matter.
III. Cookies and Local Storage
The website may use cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface settings, and necessary analytics state. These mechanisms maintain account login, restore page choices, and prevent the same interaction from being recorded repeatedly; they are not used to store the content of websites accessed by users internationally.
Users can clear cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, the login state, language preference, and some interface settings may be reset, requiring another login or selection. If the browser completely blocks necessary storage, authentication, order lookup, or subscription management features in the user panel may not work properly.
IV. Payments and Third-Party Processing
WrVPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant payment channel or network, and those services may process payment account details, transaction identifiers, and risk-control information under their own rules. WrVPN receives the payment result and transaction status needed to verify completed orders, but does not directly obtain complete payment credentials held by the payment channel.
Each third-party payment service applies its own privacy rules to data it collects independently. Users should read the terms shown by the relevant channel before making a payment. WrVPN uses payment results only as needed for order delivery, reconciliation, refunds, dispute handling, and compliance, and does not sell order records to other organizations.
V. Data Retention, Protection, and Deletion
Account data is retained while the account remains in use. Orders, payment results, and after-sales records are retained for the period necessary to complete transactions, handle disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Access analytics are aggregated, de-identified, or deleted after trend analysis or security assessment is complete. Data beyond the scope required for the processing purpose is not retained, except where required by law or necessary for an unresolved dispute or security investigation.
WrVPN uses measures such as access controls, permission separation, and transmission protection to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Users should protect their username, password, and current login session, and change their credentials promptly if they notice unusual account activity.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data, submit a ticket through the user panel. Deletion requests are processed after identity verification. Data related to incomplete orders, refund disputes, security incidents, or applicable obligations may be retained until the relevant matter is resolved. After account deletion, subscription entitlements and historical settings that cannot be restored will no longer be available.
VI. Policy Updates
WrVPN may revise this policy when service features, data processing practices, or applicable rules change. Updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be adjusted. Important changes involving processing purposes, data categories, or user rights will be highlighted in an appropriate location on the website. Continued use of the relevant features after an update takes effect indicates that the revised content is understood; reviewing this policy again before purchasing, renewing, or changing account settings is recommended.
