Terms of Service

These terms apply to users who access the WrVPN website, create an account, purchase a subscription, or use related international access, network acceleration and international route services. By starting to use the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these terms. Users who disagree with any part of them should stop using the relevant websites, account and subscription features.

Service Content and Scope

WrVPN provides international access and route subscription services covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The regions available for connection, route types and client access points are based on the information shown on the website and user panel at the time.

The service is intended to improve network access experiences in compliance with applicable local laws and regulations. Routes may change due to network conditions, device environments, access targets or maintenance arrangements. WrVPN may maintain or update route access points, connection methods, client guidance and related technical arrangements without changing the core benefits of an existing subscription.

Account, Subscription and Traffic Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route use and other activity associated with their accounts. Accounts are limited to the subscriber and the subscriber’s reasonably managed personal devices. Users may not publicly share, rent or resell accounts, or package route or subscription access as another commercial service.

The service supports an unlimited number of simultaneously connected devices, but this does not change the requirement that an account be used reasonably by the subscriber. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month from the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should verify the plan, traffic allowance and payment details before submitting an order. Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.

Acceptable Use Requirements

When using WrVPN, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the accessed service is located, and must respect the usage rules of third-party services. Users may not use the service for illegal activities, to infringe the lawful rights of others, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious programs, interfere with network facilities, or continuously consume resources through automation beyond the scope of normal personal use.

Users decide which websites or online services to access and assume responsibility for the resulting conduct. The content, account status, regional rules and service results of third-party websites are controlled by the respective third parties. WrVPN does not grant permission on behalf of third parties or endorse third-party content.

Service Availability and Liability Limits

WrVPN provides connection services according to route status and maintenance needs. However, network transmission is affected by carrier links, device configuration, access targets and regional network conditions. WrVPN therefore does not guarantee that any particular route will remain available, that connection speeds will remain fixed, or that third-party services will always be accessible. Planned maintenance or emergency adjustments may cause temporary connection changes; users can try again by switching regions or routes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users are responsible for indirect losses caused by device failures, incorrect configuration, mishandled credentials, third-party service changes, public network disruptions or events beyond reasonable control. If an issue concerns a subscription or route, users may submit the necessary information through the ticket feature in the user panel for review.

Restrictions, Suspension and Termination

If an account violates these terms, is used unlawfully, resells subscriptions, publicly shares access credentials, maliciously consumes route resources or interferes with service operation, WrVPN may restrict relevant features, suspend the account or terminate the service as appropriate. Whether notice is provided before action depends on the nature of the conduct, the level of risk and applicable legal requirements.

Users may stop renewing and discontinue use after their subscription benefits end. Refund conditions and application procedures are governed by the separate Refund Policy, under which a full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 7 days after the first payment.

Updates and Applicability

WrVPN may update these terms in response to service adjustments, technical changes or compliance requirements. Updated versions will be published on this page with the last updated date. Changes that materially affect user benefits will be communicated through the website or an appropriate method in the user panel. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If part of these terms cannot be enforced under applicable rules, the remaining provisions remain effective. Matters concerning privacy processing are governed by the Privacy Policy; matters concerning refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. These terms and the related special policies together form the rules governing use of WrVPN.
